Job Description 職位描述（僅英文）:

  • Financial analysis and modelling

  • Investment research

  • Develop an independent, value-added perspective on investment discussions

  • Assistance in the execution of transactions

  • Cultivate a book of manager contacts for ongoing coverage

  • Communications with portfolio company senior management

 

Requirements 職位要求（僅英文）:

  • 3-4 years’ total experience and ideally including experience from an Investment Banking or Leverage Finance banking program

  • Strong communication skills

  • A demonstrated ability to write effectively

  • A desire to work in a team environment often under pressure

  • Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to deconstruct a company’s financials

  • Sophisticated understanding of markets, instruments, and approaches within a strategy

  • An ability to manage ad hoc projects independently and to completion
