TorchLight China Internship / Full-time Program connects industry-leading companies and institutions in China and outstanding students from universities in the U.S.

火炬基金會中國實習/全職項目連接行業領先的中國企業及機構及在美國的大學就讀的優秀學生。

The program has developed partnership with the hiring teams of the companies and the institutions from various industries, from investment management to real estate, and from cultural and entertainment to consulting. The program aims to provide students with the opportunity to experience first hand in the business context in a leading institution operating in Greater China. The program also allows these institutions to employ these top students, who are future leaders in different sectors.

項目與企業及機構內的具體招聘部門建立了合作關係。這些企業及機構覆蓋不同行業，包括投資管理、房地產、文化娛樂及咨詢等。項目旨在為學生提供在行業領先的中國企業及機構工作的親身經歷。項目同樣為這些機構提供聘用優秀學生的機會。

TorchLight Foundation provides a moderate stipend for students who work / intern at partnering companies. Students who accepted the offer from company or institution do not need to apply for it and will automatically be granted such stipend.

火炬基金會為在合作企業與機構工作/實習的學生提供一定的資助。接受企業或機構聘用的學生將無需申請，自動被授予該資助。

The Application for 2020 Program has started. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
