Dr. Liu is the Executive Associate Dean for Global Programs in School of Management, and Director for Center of International Business Studies, New York Institute of Technology. He also served as the independent director in the Board of Directors for Professional Diversity Network (NASDAQ symbol: ipdn), Executive Advisor to CEO of HGC, and has been advisor and consultants for several major institutions including the World Bank, UNDP, China Grand Enterprises, William Nicholas Bodouva+Associates.
He Created a hugely successful MBA Executive Program by placing an emphasis on experiential learning, with support by major companies such as Air China, Taiping Insurance Group, Bank of China, Greenland U.S.A., China Daily U.S.A., Wanda Group and so on. The MBA cooperative program with Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics is among the first batch of cooperative programs approved by China’s Ministry of Education.
He also published broadly in the areas of business strategy, marketing and international economics. His dissertation on foreign direct investment was the winner of Farmer’s best dissertation award by Academy of International Business in 1995.

William Kwok founded ChinaQFII.com in 2013 to connect Global and Chinese capital. Currently, he is the Chairman of Will-Foundation.com in Hong Kong, which is committed to cultivating Chinese talents and building up a bridge between Chinese and international financial market.
Previously, William had advised a Hong Kong family office to empower its private investments. He also had research experience at J.P.Morgan, DLJ and HSBC, and was in charge of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) business at China Ping An, where he had connected to over 200 QFIIs from US, EU, Middle East and Asia Pacific region.
He was invited to speak at SuperReturn Private Equity Fund Forum, Bloomberg, Euromoney and Harvard University. His publication include: China Deals Review, Ping An QFII Guidebook and KPMG China Capital Market. His article coverage by CNBC, SCMP, Financial Times and Securities Times.
