Charles Wu 胡正灝
Executive Chairman 執行主席
Charles Wu is the Chairman (Executive) of TorchLight Foundation, and is responsible for its overall operation and program development.
Charles previously worked at the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley. He also served as a consultant at Barclays in New York. Charles holds an MPA degree from Columbia University, a BBA (Finance) degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and participated in MBA case writing when he worked at Harvard Business School.
胡正灝先生自二零一六年出任本基金會執行主席，負責基金會的整體運營及項目發展。
他此前於摩根士丹利投資銀行部任職。他在紐約時亦於巴克萊銀行擔任顧問。他持有紐約哥倫比亞大學公共管理碩士學位及香港中文大學工商管理學士學位，並在哈佛商學院任職時參與MBA案例的撰寫。
Brook Sun 孫逸興
Executive Director 執行理事
Brook Sun is an Executive Director and is responsible for TorchLight Foundation's operation and development in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. He is an investment manager in Hong Kong INNO Angel Fund, focusing on the early-stage investment in Blockchain, AI and Robotics start-ups.
He holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the executive committee of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Alumni Entrepreneurs Association, helping to build a community for the CUHK alumni to connect and collaborate in innovation and entrepreneurship.
孫逸興，香港中文大學電子工程學士，火炬基金會執行理事，負責基金會在深圳及香港的運營及拓展。現香港英諾天使基金投資經理，專注區塊鏈、人工智能及機器人等領域的投資。他熱衷創業創投，也是香港中文大學校友創業會的執行委員，鏈接已創業或準備創業的香港中文大學校友們，建立一個創新創業的互助平台。
