Job Description 職位描述（僅英文）:

  • Work on data intense work streams in management consulting projects and big data software product development

  • Understand business requirements, convert business problems to analytical tasks and deliver analytic output and data solutions for various industries

  • Lead multiple work streams, and communicate with clients on requirements and outputs

  • Collaborate with different functional teams (e.g., consulting team, engineer team, etc.) to ensure project delivery

 

Requirements 職位要求（僅英文）:

  • Bachelor or higher degree from top Chinese or overseas universities with outstanding academic performance

  • Major in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, bioinformatics, econometrics, psychometrics, computer science is preferred

  • Fresh graduate or candidates with 1-3 years’ related working experience

  • Passionate about data-based analysis, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Smooth communication skill in both Mandarin and English, with strong team spirits

  • Deliver high performance under pressure and capable of handling multiple work streams

  • Data analytic skills:

    • Excellent in Python or R

    • Skills in data visualization toolkit, such as ggplot and shiny are strongly preferred
